Question. On the night of March 28, I went out with my family and while passing through the parking lot, I noticed a packet which was red in colour. Later, I noticed the same packet and bent down to inspect it closely. It was a packet of condoms. When I left the parking lot, I went straight home. I washed my hands with handwash and used a sanitiser before I sat down for dinner. I am not absolutely sure whether I touched the packet or not. I checked online and learnt that the virus can enter your body through cuts on your fingers or hands, and I spent two days scanning my hands for cuts. My skin was dry and was peeling. Then, when I was brushing my teeth, I noticed that the gum had receded over one tooth and it was bleeding. This made me worry about whether I had touched my mouth with the possibly infected hand. I suffer from something like OCD which makes my mind keep going over things like whether I shut a door or didn't shut it. Do I have reason to fear being infected, and should I tell my mother about this? I also have some white dots or lumps near the head of my penis. The dots are not itchy and they do not emit a foul odour. They have been there for as long as I can remember. Should I be worried?
Answer. Don't over think. You are making a mountain out of a mole hill. Whatever you are thinking is not because of the condom. Visit your doctor who treats your OCD.
