the days are 7 days from the first day the period starts. If period starts on 1st November, then u r safe till 7th November. U actually dont get too many safe days, coz the period goes on for 4-5 days. So if period ends on 5th November, u can fuck safely till the 7th of november. after that it is unsafe.

Hey guys, i dont think u wud know better than a female about the the cycle. And this has been proven and stated in every magazine and medical book for that matter. The last days of a cycle are always not right, as different women hav different cycles, and no one can calculate that properly. So better stick to the first 7 days starting from the first day of the menstruation. Dont go beyond the 7th day. I have been following that for 4 years now, and never went wrong.
