The scene is from the movie Kanoon Apna Apna. Gullu bhai is son of Anupam Kher who funds politician Kader Khan. Kader Khan promises the girl being raped an admission in Medical College after her inter(12th) exams. Gullu bhai meet her alone in her home to inform her this. He begins raping her and cojols her in this act by telling “Inter Ka course pass kar liya aur intercourse ke baare mien pata nahin!!. It s a great movie to watch
