Congratulations to Miss Puerto Rico Zuleyka Rivera Mendoza, who was crowned Miss Universe for 2006. She also fainted on stage immediately after the show which isn’t surprising considering the figure hugging dress she was wearing and the other rigours of being a beauty paegent. And as expected, Miss India Neha Kapur was a real disappointment.
