Drunken cop does cabaret in public
An inebriated Deputy Superintendent of Police created a big hullabaloo by taking off his uniform and dancing nude in front of people on a busy road in Lucknow.
The incident occurred in Johnsonganj crossing in Allahabad when police officer R.P. Singh, down with many pegs of whiskey, started teasing young women. He seemed out of his senses as he was jumping like a monkey and roaring like a lion before pouncing on passing women. His awful behaviour terrified many passers-by.
Not content with this rowdyism, the officer further shocked the public by taking off his pants, showing his organ although covered with underwear. He then went a step further when someone in the crowd shouted, “Sahib cabaret bhi kariye”. (Sir, please perform a cabaret also!)
On this the man tried to take off his underwear. But some sensible citizens rushed forth and stopped him from doing so by saying, “Saheb yeh na kariye warna police badnaam ho jayegi.” (Please don’t do this otherwise the police department would be disgraced).
However, some shutterbugs captured the DSP without his pants on.
Surprisingly, his superiors in Allahabad ignored his antics. But when the news reached Uttar Pradesh Director General of Police, he directed Allahabad police authorities to immediately sack the offending officer from service for outrageous behaviour and insult to uniform.
The Director General has also issued a fresh directive warning policemen not to drink in public. Dire action would be taken against those indulging in any kind of reprehensible behaviour.
Under the police code, a policeman is prohibited to drink when on duty.

Kindly note that Lucknow and Allahabad are two different cities of Uttar Pradesh.This incident happened in Allahabad,not in Allahabad.
Secondly,the officer was a sub-inspector, not a Deputy Superintendent.

These few people spoil the name of many good officers and should be sacked. When lawmakers become lawbreakers severe action must be taken against them. In U.P mostly, some become radha some helen.

Editor kindly look into that i am from lucknow and no such incident took place there.by the way,there is no area called Johnsonganj crossing in lucknow.Next thing , allahabad and lucknow are two different cities of UTTAR PRADESH
