Husband rapes own wife!
In an unusual case reported, a woman has filed a rape case against her husband. The case of marital rape is first of its kind in Agra.
Asha (name has been changed) is a resident of the Raja Mandi locality. She works as a home guard and got married to one Mahesh nine years ago.
According to legal experts, vaginal intercourse by a husband without his wife’s consent is tantamount to rape.
While some senior cops tried to ignore the complaint, they were forced to take cognizance when a women’s organization created a ruckus.
Through this case, the social organizations want to spread awareness among the middle class women that they are not mere sex objects and that women they are free to have sex and free to even refuse it.
Police said that medical examination and minor scratches on Asha’s private parts proved her right.
Interestingly, former Vice-Chancellor of Lucknow University Dr Roop Rekha Verma promised all possible help to the victim. General Secretary of the All-India Women’s Democratic Front Madhu Garg has also assured legal help so as to set an example for husbands that wives are not sex toys or vibrators.
Many legal experts even suggest say that even though the woman must have had sex with her husband a number of times in the past, forcible sex in marriage is a crime.

Such type of incidents may cause to defabric the Indian society. Without any hesitation if a personal relation like married couple sex will be the game of media and law. If a husband fails to fulfull the desires of his wife, she may pull him in court for having sex without her consent. I am glad that there are laws like this around. In one’s life there are numerous such instances that comes to notice but usually all we can do for the victim is to get her divorced from the cruel husband. If examples are properly set where husbands are punished for showing cruelty against their wifes then certainly a lot can be done to curb domestic violence. I hope this law is adopted in Pakistan soon.

OK fine if this is satisfying the wits of women organizations then tell me that where should that husband go for sexual desires fulfillment. does he have to have the desires as his wife wants or is it that when the lady thinks she should then it is correct and when the man wants it would be termed as rape. Its all rubbish and these women organizations are just bakeing their cookies in some one elses ovens.
In this perticular case I am sure that it is the cunning lady who is the culprit as she is a police woman so she knows well where to catch hold of her husband.
My advice to all the woman organizations is that please first mend ur families and we very well know how to mend our families. It is because of organizations as this that woman is loosing her esteem and respect in the eyes of men.

Well…Marriage is something which keeps couples bonded to eachother and anything done under this bonded certificate should be legal, but then I do agree that the husband shouldn’t have forced his wife to have sex with him but what will a husband do when he needs it. If a guy is not able to satify his women then she might divorce him with out giving a second thought or atleast she would complain about not get satisfied but what about the guy how shoud he satisfy himself, when she is not ready to have sex with him will she be ready for her husband to have an affair with another female ? will it be acceptable in the society ? will it be legalised ? So basically there should be proper undertsnading between couples which can cause no harm to eachother and which could keep private things out of reach of the so called media who are nothing but termites who can shake the base of any happy life by exaggerating it.

if a wife does not want to have sex , a husband should understand it and vice verca . But scarcely such cases also happen in society but it does not mean to file a case against the husband or wife. If one does so then it really is the end of a relationship , that’s what i said earlier it’s another way to ask for Divorce or some cheap publicity.
If you have been an husband , you might have experienced the same , so called “rape” . You were tired to death and you had to have sex with your wife because she needed it and you did’nt want to disappoint her for the sake of just being good. What’s the big deal ?
