HC strikes down govt ban on dance bars
Great News!!! Finally the Mumbai High court lifts ban on dance bars and the bar girls are raring to go! They are joining gyms to get back in shape. Long live the High court for coming out with such a wonderful judgement. Let the party begin!

It was preety obvious since the beginning that the court is gonna overthrow this ban. But i still support the ban because if u lived in bombay you would know what a menace these bars are. They have dramatically increased the crime rate. There are house breaks every other day and guess where the money ends up in the end. I hope the government puts in place strict regulations as a way to counter this judgement. The dance girls and the club owners don’t care about anything other than money and I have seen them encouraging young guys to bring in more money next time to get “a better treatment”.

ITS SHOCKING THAT A TOPL EGISLATIVE BODY L;IKE HIGH COURT HAS STRUCK DOWN THIS VITAL ORDER BANNING THE DANCE BARS. I WOULD LIKE TO DRAW ATTENTION TO ALL “PRO BAR DANCE ” LOBBY THE FOLLOWING POINTS;
1>THE BAR DANCING USUALLY TURNS INTO FLESH TRADE WHICH IS ILLEGAL
2>MOST OF THE MONEY IS CASHED BY THE BAR OWNER
3> THE BAR DANCERS HAVE CONNECTIONS WITH UNDERWORLD , BETTING (REMEMBER TARANNUM), MAFIAS ETC
4> THE DANCE BARS ARE HOT BED OF ANTI SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
5>THEY ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR INCREASE IN CRIME RATE IN MUMBAI CITY
THE SUPPORTERS OF BAR DANCING MUST THINK THAT WILL THEY SUPPORT SUCH A BAR WHICH IS IN THEIR LOCALITY IN FRONT OF THEIR HOUSE??
….NO U WILL NEVER SUPPORT IT, COZ IT WILL AFFECT THE YOUNG CHILDRENS AS WELL AS YOUTH IN THE AREA, HENCE THE HIGH COURT HAS DONE HISTORIC BLUNDER IN REMOVING THE BAN , WHY DOESNOT IT DIPLAY SAME TOUGHNESS AND WILL IN OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES SUCH AS CORRUPTION AND CRIME, IT SEEMS THAT THE BAR ASSOCIATION HAS BRIBED THE JUDGES OF THE HIGH COURT,OTHER WISE CANT THE COURT REALISE THE ENTIRE TRUTH BEHIND BANNING THE DANCE BARS.
LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST , THE MUMBAI CITY WHICH IS CRUMBLING IN ITS INFRASTRUCTRE, IS NOT IN POSITION TO HOUSE THESE BAR GIRLS(CLOSE TO 80,000 & INCREASING)AND THE WOMEN WHICH ARE BROGHT INTO THE CITY THRU FLESH TRADE FROM OUTSIDE THE STATE AND CITY.
THE GOVT SHUD BRING IN ANOTHER LEGISLATION BANNING THE DANCE BARS.
