I think Carol deserves an award for absolute professionalism, for pulling out such a decent potrayl. Her presence of mind and devotion to duty should be appreciated. Can other models and actresses learn to be composed under such trying circumstances. It may happen time and again but remember the show must go. kudos to carol.

after watching the whole clip, my assumption is that it was done delibrately either by the model or by the designer.There was no other way to achieve a higher publicity than this. Its my true thinking. Still carol has done a wonderful job in both the conditions (either intentionaly or accidently).
