Kasliwal - How can I rape, I’m a graduate!
Alleged rapist Abhishek Kasliwal’s lawyers believe he could not have raped his 52-year-old accuser because of his educational qualification and family background. In their bizarre eight-page bail application, filed before the Sewri fast-track court yesterday, they said that since Kasliwal is highly qualified and comes from a respectable family, it is “highly impossible” that he could commit rape. Obviously he cant say im rich thats why i want bail, so thats a good enough reason for me, smart lawyers . Well guys, i bet, he will go scot free, dont know whether he really raped her or not, but either way, he will be free in few days.

well i am post graduate in HR so that does not mean that i can perform a illegal things and ask the judicial that as i am a well and highly qualified post graduate in HR how can i do anything illegal. The lawyer should have not read the law very much for mentioning such a clause for a bail application.

Don’t know about Abhishek, but the lawyer credentials should certainly be checked if he is giving this kind of application. I feel Abhishek should search for another lawyer!!

His comitting a crime as cruel as rape is not possible as he is educated and comes from a respectable family. He could never have done any such thing.
The case is simple. The lady in question is a slut. She wanted to make some quick money. Threatened the guy. He refused. She slapped rape charges. Simple.

The lawyers who have charged the fortune to get the man bailed out, have to put such pleas in their application otherwise, how they can justify their role to their so called rich clients. Believe it, 90% of judges do not read the contents of such applications and only hear the arguments. There is absolutely no chances of this man getting bail after so much of media exposure. But in some cases like these, innocent persons also have to suffer.

well one doesn;t needs an educational qualification to commit a crime…but it sounds improbable that a person who has master;s from australia … rapes a 52 year old woman… studying in a foreign location gives one access to pretty babes ..so why a 52 year old… unless abhishek’s had some presonal enemity with the lady..outta here medical technology can be used … or the past of the lady can be verified…. if abhishek’s guilty he shouldn’tbe spared but if the lady ’s accusing him simply to get money i think she deserves the severest of punishment afterall the stigma associated with rape and that too a false one is simply unbearable

I have seen and heard many celebrities or high profile people cases, but this Abhishek Kasliwal case is getting unnecessary media hype. Media is blowing this case out of blue. Though he is from rich family and may be a spoil brat but it doesn’t mean he is a rapist. We should consider the profile and history of that female also. She seems to be women of no credential. As her earlier statement seems to be all fishy, she never stayed in daffodils apart in Mumbai central. A lady asking for lift in colaba that to at 2:30 am this statement it self raises many questions, as told by her she is addicted to drugs and alcohol too.
This case now seems more to be planted by business rivalry to malign kasliwals name than rape.

IF U HAVE MONEY AND/OR POWER, THEN U CAN GET BAIL, HANG THE CASE FOR 15 TO 20 YEARS FROM LOCAL COURT TO SUPREME COURT, AND GET ACQUITTED BY PRESSURISING THE WITNESS, BRIBE THE POLICE TO OVERLOOK THE EVIDENCE OR CHANGE THE EVIDENCE. BTW, at COLOBA in Mumbai, you can get prostitutes of a very good calibre for ranging Rs. 500/- to Rs. 50,000/- which he can easily afford so why rape!
