Wife’s nude video posted on Net!
The invasion of privacy by internet porn has once again come to the fore with a man approaching a city court, seeking to block access to a US-registered website which allegedly posted a video clip of his wife taking a bath in one of the resorts they stayed at during a family holiday.
In his complaint filed in the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) on October 24, Bhaskar (name changed), a NOIDA-based mechanical engineer, alleged the clip was shot by hotel staff with a hidden camera, during a holiday last year, and sought a probe by the Special Cell to bring the culprits to book.
According to the complaint filed by Bhaskar, he first came to know of the clip through a friend of his.
On viewing the 10-second clip, he identified it as having been shot in one of the hotel rooms in which they had stayed during a family holiday last year to Shimla, Jaipur and other tourist spots around Delhi.
The video, which was posted on the website on October one 2005, can be downloaded free-of-cost and has already been viewed by over 13,000 persons, the complainant said.
Special Branch already is probing the alleged role of the hotels in the matter. The complainant has requested the court to take cognizance of the case under various sections of Indecent Representation of Women Act, Information Technology Act and Indian Penal Code.
Seeking immediate blocking of access to the clip, the complainant submitted “we have approached you (the court) to make this world a civilised place to live.”

Thats very bad from hotel staff. That can happen to anyone. They must be punished. Meanwhile I wish to watch the clip

Yes it is a shame, but human nature is like that. I sympathize with that guy and his wife. What they might be going thru, especially when facing their friends and relatives.
I wonder what they were doing when they were captured. I guess we can find out only after watching the video.

I too agree with sufian…remember the Indian crabs story. You can ship them anywhere with the box open…when one tries to get out of the box..others will pull him back.
