Q. I am 24-years-old and am addicted to masturbation. When I started off, it was very frequent and that frequency lasted three years. Now, my health situation is such that I have become so weak that I can’t even climb stairs! Moreover, it is impossible for me to satisfy a girl. I feel like ending my life. Please help me.

Masturbation as such does not cause joint pains. You should see an orthopedic surgeon immediately for a proper diagnosis of the joint pains. It is rather urgent as arthritis is likely to become chronic and hence incurable.

    holy molly, people seem to be right that Dr. Prem Lata Chawla is not a doctor at all. Did Ankur say that he suffered from joint pain? All he said was that he is feeling weak. The advice that you should have given is that he should see a doctor and probably some diet supplements would help him get over his physical weakness.
