Cop molests, burns girl alive
In a heart-rending incident, a police constable allegedly tried to rape the teenage daughter of his landlord and then followed up the assault by burning her alive.
It is learnt that constable Rama Shanker Yadav was a tenant at one Radhe Shyam’s house in the Indra Nagar locality of Gorakhpur. He used to misbehave with his daughter Poonam and make vulgar remarks. At times he also attempted to outrage her modesty. Radhe Shyam however kept quite out of fear.
Yadav reportedly threatened father and daughter with dire consequences if Poonam did not ‘oblige him fully’. He said he would take the duo to the police station and then cane them till they agreed to his demands.
Things got out of hand on Sunday when the constable attacked Poonam in a drunken state. He is believed to have torn her clothes and tried to rape her but the girl continued to offer resistance.
When his victim bit him several times, Yadav lost his cool. He picked up a cane and thrashed her mercilessly. Though Poonam was already vomiting blood by this time, she refused to give in to her tormentor and instead kept on shrieking and shouting.
Fearing discovery, the policeman poured kerosene on Poonam’s body and set her alight.
She was rushed to the district hospital where doctors pronounced her dead.
It was only after a huge public outcry that the local police registered a case against Yadav under sections 376, 511 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
But the constable has neither been arrested nor officially suspended till now. The cops claim he is untraceable.

He should be beaten and same way his each of his organ should be cut and should be marinated with red chilly powder and kill him the same way by burning him. These police officers are in the same way, they hide these things and will put an innocent one in to it. Bastards

My heart goes in a way to think, when all these sort of crimes be addressed in India with absolute fairness. Sad to see that the cop who has to protect … did this and worst thing still … case got filed after public cry and that is proving again the law in India is always tied on other end to someone, who manipulates it … What to say… ???

The maniac,should be punished in a way which will have others to think of doing this crime with any innocent victim.The law shoild hve no mercy on the culprit.The best thing should be to give the maniac in the hands of the public.
