Sex Advice: Both partners experiencing pain during intercourse

Question. I am a 24-year-old unmarried man; my girlfriend is 22. While having sex I insert my penis, but it hurts me a lot. My partner too experiences a lot of pain. It takes me about seven to 10 minutes to ejaculate, but my girlfriend always asks me to stop it. Is this a symptom of some disease? Please help.

Answer. It depends on where she experiences pain — at start or deep inside. A gynecologist will able to help her. You should get yourself checked by an urologist.

IT MAY REQUIRE FORE PLAY... & CAN USE LUBRICATION / VASELINE ETC.

If you guys have just lost your virginity then it is possible that the pain will take some time to go away.

Its foreskin sensitivity, usually pronounced in men with phimosis(rigid forskin) but not uncommon in men without phimosis. I had this problem but got over it after a few sex sessions with my wife. You can also try dropping running water on the head of the penis and gently pulling ur foreskin back, it might hurt but the symptoms should subside with time. Circumcision solves this problem and doctors can also suggest topical ointments and foreskin exercises.

it depends upon the pleasure you give her during foreplay....go for her G-Spot or rub her clitoris with fingers applying a bit of pressure..... it'll loosen her vagina to an extent......let her get the sense that you're gonna give her love....things will get alright....if u experience the same even after a pleasuring foreplay, do as the consultant has said above......

Are you sure that you are inserting into the right hole?

It's all matter of FOREPLAY. The lubrication inside vagina makes the MOVEMENTS easy and painless. Maybe bcoz of fear or unexperience or eccessive emotion or pre-mature insertion the lubrication may not occur and that, naturally, hurts. It's all a matter of time and experience. Don't force too much, may RUIN the vagina

U need to do a lot of foreplay mate. Make Ur GF very wet & get her an orgasm first, then start the intercourse. But remember, while getting her an orgasm dont put ur finger in cause if U dont know the right place or right movement of finger then it might cause her pain. So, better use Ur lips and tongue at most U can use ur finger to rub her clit. Follow this 2 weeks then hopefully U guys will be fine after that. Cheers!
