take my advice dude:
After you felt 'that' is bad for your health, it is not going to help you performing the same.
Eat calcium and zinc tablets in hot milk before bed ( or Chyavanprash / meet Govt. approved Ayur/Sidha doctor and get the compound they give; it is worth meeting them ). All this will surely help in getting better sleep.
