Question. I am 26 years old and unable to get morning wood. When I masturbate, I get an erection but a soft one. This has been happening since I joined gym one year ago. Should I quit? I exercise daily and also do strength training. Do I suffer from erectile dysfunction. Please help.

if it happens sometimes then its normal. But if it has been happening continuously then it's probably because of your bad diet. If you are on a calorie restricted diet then make sure that you are taking plenty of protein. As a guide, while doing strength training, you need 1 gram of protein for every pound of your weight. For example if your weight is 160 pounds. You need 160 grams of protein from all sourced per day.
