Question. I am a 22-year-old man with very prominent nipples. They are often aroused and are swollen. I am afraid it's a tumour. Is that possible? Is there any cure for the protrusion?
Answer. If both match and pop out equally then you need not worry. If not, see your family doctor for a start.
