Question. I am 23 years old with heavy breasts. I am about to get married this year. My fiance has a problem with my breasts as they are not very attractive to look at and seem awkward. Please suggest a safe, reliable and permanent way for reducing breasts other than exercise and plastic surgery. I am highly self-conscious when I am in public and have a low confidence level. I have heard about the U-lipo treatment. Is it safe?

Better option, change your fiancee. He can never get satisfied. Today your breast, tomorrow something else. You will run to plastic surgeon everytime? Ask him to sponsor the surgeries, he may come to his senses.
Breasts are good any size. I just adore n love them (.)(.)

Is your fiancee some kind of an ass? There are people who dream of getting a girl with big boobs and your fiancee wants you to reduce yours. He should accept you for what you are.

anyways hide your face and show us ur boobies to judge whether they are nice or you need to reduce the size..

It is a matter of fact that men like bigger boobs of other women, not their own gf or fiance. Moreover an oversized breast is a matter of embrassement for a decent woman, atleast in India.
