Question. For eight years I have been suffering from a red rash on the upper portion of my penis. I have undergone Ayurvedic, homeopathic and allopathic treatments but to no avail. There has only been temporary relieve. Due to this rash I get severe itching and burning sensations. Please tell me what I can do to get permanent relief.
Answer. Sorry but I don’t think I’m the right expert to help you. Maybe you should visit an allergist who can help identify the allergen and, in the meanwhile, try applying a paste mixture of Nycil powder mixed with rose water.

Must be fungal infection or can be
some other infection.Meet skin Dr asap....
My suggestion would be have shower in sea water (twice a week) and apply betnovite cream every night(shower and apply).

Pal dont waste time go and see a doctor immediately. it could be herpes. remember there r 2 types of herpes- Herpes zoster and herpes simplex, and both r communicable diseases.
Betnovate or Nizral may give temporary relief don't waste ur time.it is definitely not an allergy!!

For instant relief: apply cortisone cream once a day and keep that rash moisturized by applying baby cream.
For permanent treatment visit a good dermatologist where he will take a small skin sample of rash and get you the exact treatment you need.
