Question. I’m a 30 year old man and had to undergo circumcision recently. The inner skin of my penis which is now exposed after the surgery is very sensitive, and it hurts when it brushes against my boxer shorts. The sensation hasn't reduced though the surgery was held 10 days ago. I need to report to work in a couple of days. Please suggest a cream.
Answer. You should have asked the surgeon. Buy xylocaine 2% and apply over the glans for sometime. For the rest of the day apply cotton padding over the glans kept in place with a T-bandage. The sensation will dull in a month or two.

one of my frnd's kid underwent the procedure recently...
he was askd not to wear underwear for nearly a week to 10 days...try to leave the area free of clothing...for faster healing...try wearing a dhoti, or jus wrap a towel ard when u r at home...if u secure the wound with cotton, jus do it with any ointment prescibed to you by the doctor, else it wud stick to the wond n be painful on removal..xylocaine is jus a local anesthetic...to reduce pain for timebeing...consult ur doctor...and ensure u take adequate vitamin -c for faster wound healing...all the best!
