Sex Advice: Loose testicles and reduced sex power

Question. I am a 32-year-old man. I have been masturbating since I was a teenager and found that my testicles hang loosely except in the mornings. My sex power has also reduced. Am I losing my sex drive due to this problem? Please help.

Answer. There is no connection between your hanging testicles and your sex power. The scrotum's function is to expand when it is hot and contract when cooler so that the testicles remain one degree cooler than the body temperature.
