Sex Advice: About pregnancy after shemale ejaculates inside

Question. If a she-male ( a girl with penis) has sexual intercourse with a female and if the she-male ejaculates inside her, will the latter get pregnant?

Answer. Possible if she/he is passing sperms. Many have been castrated so there is no possibility. However, beware of a sexually transmitted disease.
