Questions. I am a 21-year-old man in love with an 18-year-old girl. We are interested in having sex but have several questions:
1. Is it safe to have sex with her as she just turned 18?
2. What precautions should we take?
3. Is it necessary to use condoms? Can anyone buy a condom?
4. I heard pregnancy is caused only when girls have sex during periods. True?
5. Does use of tablets like Mala D cause harm?
Answers. Both of you need to carefully think about your actions. Why not wait for intercourse? There are many pleasures with non-penetrative sex. Never touch the penis to the vagina or ejaculate around it, pregnancy can occur. A condom is available with the chemist and must be worn carefully. The oral contraceptive for women isn’t the most reliable method. I would suggest you wait now than be sorry later.

First of all you both are very young, think of your careers. You say you're in love with the girl, why not wait till marriage? Sex isn't the peak for the couple in love. Get into a stable Educational & Financial position in life where you can ask her hand in marriage. Understand the consequences of your actions, Love is more than mere Sex.

Q&A
1. Yes she is of legal age
2. Use a brand name condom (not cheap)
3. Yes most girl that have their period
once a month can get pregnant. Yes
anyone with money can buy a condom.
4. Your information is all wrong and you
should not get your sexual information
from virgens. When a female has her
period is a way of her body to clean her
vagina. It washes out the egg that was
not use.
5. For that question it is safer to go to a
doctor and ask to the right contraceptive.
A condom use the right way is the best
way for now but keep in mind that
nothing is 100% safe. It is better to wait
then to end up haveing an unwanted
pregnancy and then asking how to
have an abortion. Don't end up making
the biggest mistake of her/your life for a
min of feeling good.

This is not what you have to think now..there is age on your side for doing this beautiful sexual act, its important that first you have a financial stability than go for it becoz money can buy anything but not love, care, and affection...
So dont do such act which make you and your parents ashamed of you...enjoy life with work, games, sport and driving long distances but never ever indulge in pre-marital sex..you will enjoy it later surely...

Don't listen to the moral brigade, no one in their right minds will ever advise you to have sex, not in India ! But I'll say, you must not wait. Have fun, just don't forget to use condoms.

1. Is it safe to have sex with her as she just turned 18? Legally yes. But think whether you can handle her pregnancy if caused. No method is 100%. So think twice before you do it.
2. What precautions should we take? Condom is the best thing as there will be no side effects. But it has to be used in a proper way. It may get torn if u don't use in a proper way. Don't wear 2 condoms at the same time, as both will get torn. Sometimes it is uncomfortable with condoms.
3. Is it necessary to use condoms? Can anyone buy a condom? Yes, but condoms also do not guarantee, i.e. it may get torn during sex or if u didn't use it properly in a hurry and semen attached to the condom goes into vagina.
4. I heard pregnancy is caused only when girls have sex during periods. True? False. Some say 6-8 days after periods is good. But semen can live up to 10 days inside vagina. So no day is safe. So the girl can pregnant if you have sex any day.
5. Does use of tablets like Mala D cause harm? All oral contraceptives have side effects. It will cause headache's, body pains, vomiting, etc. But to avoid pregnancy and also have sex, most of them use it. But I do not recommend it. It has to be taken daily or based on the dosage as given on the tablet cover. Again this might not guarantee 100% safety against pregnancy. Also u can't control or check whether ur girlfriend is having it or not as prescribed.
So not only these factors but also think of personal, social factors.
