Sex Advice: Why masturbation should not be a habit

Question. I am a 21-year-old man. I want to know if masturbating can make me impotent. Why do you keep asking guys to "not make it a habit"? Please reply.

Answer. It won’t pose a problem to your married life but like all other actions of growing up, you should discriminate between pleasure (when masturbation helps) and habit (which diverts your actions and time for other essentials) to reach mature adulthood.
