Sex Advice: Guy kicked in the groin in sports class

Question. Last week I accidentally got kicked in the groin in sports class. It hurt at that moment but later the pain subsided. But now my left testicle hurts occasionally. What should I do? Can this injury affect my fertility? Please reply.

its does. It happened to me i had an operation to remove blood clots. Blood clot can kill sperms during ejaculation.
