Question. I am a 30-year-old married man. I have sex (or masturbate) regularly. Recently, I have observed a sticky cream colour substance on the tip of my penis. I have seen it earlier as well, but now its stickiness and thickness has increased. Please help.

hey that is smegma on your dick, nothing to worry about!
just clean it off with lukewarm water and DONT use any soap as you might get the risk of infection in the long run with your prepuce getting red quite often.
