Question. I am a 37-year-old married man. In the last two months, I have been having sex twice a night, within a span of three hours. Recently I lost some weight and the charm on my face has also reduced. I feel pressure on my head and neck which makes it difficult to concentrate on work. My blood pressure is 170/100 and 140/90 (tested a few days later). I also have marginal levels of cholesterol and 3.4 metanephrine was detected in my urine. The doctor has not prescribed any medicine, only brisk walking. I think twice before indulging in sex. How can I become normal? Please help.
Answer. Exercise and a proper diet will help you. Sexual play and intercourse is a healthy activity, so rather than being afraid, try to enjoy it.
