There is no reason why you can't hook up with a girl. Just have confidence on you that you're better and can have a girlfriend. Girls like "brave" guys not pussys. Bhai,I am also an so called Engineer & went through exact frustration in which you are in now. Take it as my personal advice. Visit a sex worker or sleep with a call girl(with protection).
