Question. I am 19 years old. Whenever I watch porn, I masturbate simultaneously. After I am done, I feel extremely guilty about my behaviour. I feel this habit will have adverse effects on my body and concentration level. I don't even have a girlfriend. Please help me out.
Answer. There is nothing wrong if you masturbate, but you should rarely use porn to arouse yourself. Rather get yourself aroused by fantasizing and by things you see, hear, etc. Do not feel guilty. Your body and concentration levels will not be affected.
