Question. I am 27 years old and my wife is 23. We have been married for two years, but she hasn't been able to conceive yet. Our sex life is great. The reports say that my sperm count is a bit low. The doctor prescribed some medication for the same. I have finished the course, but it hasn't helped. During sex, before penetrating, I lift her legs and put them on my shoulders. Is the position correct? Kindly advice.
Answer. The position is correct. You may use other positions as well. Have sex at least every alternate day. Have your sperm count rechecked and consult the gynaecologist for further advice.

Dude...i too have had similar experience..my sperm count was shown to be 2.2 Mil/ml against standard range of 20-150, but when i got rechecked it was 32 which was in the range. So get it rechecked atleast twice more.
Moreover, there is ambiguity in terms of how much sperm count is good..as it takes only 1 good sperm to fertilize the egg..so relax..
Also missionary is safest and put a pillow under your wife's waist to enhance chances..all the best and give your fellow bloggers the good news soon buddy:)

After the ejaculation, put two pillows underneath her and keep the semen inside for about 20 minutes. This could help faster conception...

There is a medication available to increase mucus that helps sperm flow faster, which would definately help in concieving.
