Question. I am a 21-year-old guy. I felt a burning sensation on my scrotum for a few days and then it died down. Now I find a foul smell there. Is it an infection? I read about Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide creams. Are they available over the counter? Please help me.
Answer. Please consult a qualified doctor instead of trying things on your own. You should not tinker with potent drugs, they can cause problems. Meanwhile slip your foreskin back and wash the area with an antiseptic soap and dust with an antiseptic powder.

Do a TSE (Testicular Self Examination) and try finding any lumps...If you feel anything like a lump or swelling consult a doctor...Though the smell is normal but the burning and itching is not !!
