Question. I have a big birth mark on my chest and stomach because of which I feel shy to get naked in front of my newly married wife. I spend most of my valuable time watching porn. What do I do?
Answer. How foolish can you get? Just tell your wife that they are birthmarks. I am sure she will understand so long as you satisfy her with good foreplay.

that is ur inferiority complex nature which is making you think like that!....
jus keep in mind dude....no one is perfect.....try to accept the fact that u have a birth mark....which doesnt make any difference in ur sexual life! :)
