Question. I am 21 years old. I get an erection without any reason. Is there an ointment or spray available to get rid of this problem?

Answer. Have patience. Learn better self-control and your penis will not be so naughty. Do not interfere with nature. Wear loose trousers. A hat would have been useful to hide erections but unfortunately they are out of fashion.
