Sex Advice: Quit masturbating

Question. I am 26 years old. I will be getting married after nine months. I’ve been masturbating for four years. Last month, I noticed swelling in a vein, on the upper right side of my penis. I took medication for the same, to no effect. I smoke regularly. I have quit masturbating. Please help.

Answer. I’d rather you quit smoking. Go for a second opinion.
