Answer. Certainly not. Both of you must visit a gynaecologist within eight weeks, counting from the last menstrual period. A medical abortion via pills can be suggested. Otherwise, a suction method would have to be used.

Abortion can be done in two ways > Medical Abortion( With Pill)
> Surgical Abortion (With minor Surgery).As mentioned by editor legally it should be done within 8-10 weeks of u r last menstrual periods.You must consult a gynecologist for the same.Medical abortion is more painful and the abortion may take place 2-3 dayz after taking the Pills.It's done under the supervision of a Gynecologist. The procedure of surgical abortion is of 20-30 minutes and a patient can return home after 4-5 hrs from the hospital.
Next time take some precaution while doing the Sex to avoid unwanted pregnancies.
