Que. I am a 48-year-old woman. I underwent hysterectomy operation two years ago. After that, I underwent Hormone Replacement Therapy for six months but suffered from severe migraines. Hence, I stopped it. Since then, my sex life has suffered. There's severe vaginal dryness that makes sex very painful. The lacerations caused during intercourse results in urinary infection. I have tried Evalon cream and homeopathy as well but it hasn't helped. How can I overcome this problem?
Ans. I suggest you periodically use Evalon cream (consult your gynaecologist also for the same). It will help in better growth cells. Use a lubricant like KY jelly. Drink plenty of fluids. Ask your gynaecologist to give you some herbal medicine as well.

my partner had same problem. KY Jelly is really effective for that...do use it. But only buy the brand from Johnson and Johnson, there are many alternatives, but they are not effective. Ask for Johnson and Johnson KY Jelly from any good pharmaceutical shop. It may cost you a bit, but i assure you its worth it.
