Ans. The pain is probably due to a congestion of blood vessels. Try to masturbate before or after the visit in order to relieve the congestion. Take a pain reliever if necessary.

This happens normally if you stay erected for a longer time and does not ejaculate. Try meetig your fiancee without any feeling of sex or arousal etc. You will surprsingly find quite normal..
Alhough this is not a serious problem, you need to consult a physician. Don't worry this a very common problem

Yeah .... even I face the same problem .... I agree very much with the advice you got regarding reason and remedy .... But, as you told, it pains like hell .... After my Bitter experience, I suggest you masturbate before rather than after ... Because in that Painful situation Masturbating is much tougher .... But, once you Empty the stock ....
