Ans. No. Men never "run out" of semen. They usually see a decline in the volume of semen ejaculated if they masturbate or have sex many times in a day. But it's highly unlikely the tank will run dry, so to speak. Your problem appears to be the twisting of the spermatic cord, cutting off the blood supply to the testicle. Unless you have surgery or the cord untwists on its own, the testicle will die and need to be removed. This condition occurs most often during the first year of life or during the first few years of puberty.
