Que. I am not sure if my semen is more liquidy and runny than thick and sticky. Could that be a problem for my wife not conceiving?
Ans. Thick or thin semen is not the problem for getting her pregnant. When she starts her next period, count 14 days from the first day and days 15 to 17 should be your best chance to get her to conceive. Be patient, sometimes it takes a while. But still, see a fertility doctor and have him test you both to make sure there isn't any medical condition that could prevent pregnancy.

Dear Friends!
Here are some very important informations about having a child.
Take Basal temparature for a month. that is, keep a thermometer on the bed side table. In the morning, before she leaves bed, take tongue temparature and note it. Within the entire month, on a day mostly between 11 th to 21 st day of the month, the temparature will be one degree higher. this is the ovulation day. Have intercourse on that day. After having intercourse, ask her not to get up too quickly. Rather, she should wait for at least 5 to 10 minutes before she goes to toilet. If the temparature is uniform for the entire month, consult fertility Doctors immediately.
Alternatively, Abstain for day 7 to day 12. from the 12th day have intercourse once every day. If needed, get your semen examined in any pathological laboratory for sperm count. Before you go to the laboratory, abstain for 5 days. If both basal temparature and sperm count is ok, consult your doctor. Get your wife's pthyroid tests done. Then Doctor will ask for HSG. A type of X-Ray for which a dye is injected at certain places in the female genital area. It shows the condition of the phalopean tubes. take help of good fertility clinics, but never go to the quacks. Go by the Doctors's advice But remember, if the doctor asks you for a DNC Operation, You MUST TAKE A SECOND OPINION. BECAUSE DNC CAN BE DONE ONLY ONCE IN A LIFETIME.
Have faith in God. Everything will be fine. I know all these because I and my wife had to go through all these and even more. Best of luck.
