To the poster complaining about Rapidshare:
There is a simple solution to waiting for one hour or such.
Simply clear out the cookies in your browser and disconnect and reconnect to your ISP. Hopefully, the new connection will be with a different IP address and Rapidshare recognises you as a new user.
