i dont thnk its a new phenomenon in india now a days; but its quite risky as the lady colleague can take a U turn any time I always suggest do it with colleague only if she is not reporting into you at work. People call it being Modern, but i would like to describe it as unfortunate and sad. Though my company declares on rooftops having stringent anti sexual harrasement policy, still its rampant here.
