Q. A friend of mine called me and was pretty scared. He had just had sex with his girlfriend, and instead of the condom being filled with cum, it was blood red, and looked like blood. I obviously know thats not normal. If u could please email me back with a possible answer, it would greatly be appreciated.
A. He needs immediate urological investigation to rule out tearing of foreskin, frenulum, or urinary tract trauma and the like. All can be treated without difficulty. Ask him to see a Urologist.

if blood was outside on surface of condom, it could b due to breaking of hymen of the girl.........
