Sex Advice: Weight lifting and penis size

Q: Does weight lifting effect penis size at all could it make it smaller or bigger or could it make it thicker.

A: No. There is no relation between lifting weights and genital size. It is actually related to the side effects of using steroids. Lots of weight lifters taking steroids have experienced genital problems. This has nothing to do with weight lifting. Just make sure you stay away from steroids.

Hera i wanna ask one more thing, this has even told by my gym instructor that masturbation on daily basis weekens the power of weight lifters and make them physically week and infact it decreses the size of their muscles. is this true?

The penis is just another muscle in the body and masturbation is nothing but exercise for the penis. It is absolutely normal to masturbate...but just like over exercising can harm your body, over masturbation can also cause problems...more psychological than physical. There is nothing wrong in masturbating. Please consult a doctor for more info.
